In 2010, this gathering happened under the name of "Not Ephemerisle" as the Seasteading Institute (TSI) cancelled the event, but still had ownership over the name.
2009 - TSI hosted Ephemerisle. 2010 - Decentralized group of friends show up for a ticketless "NotEphemerisle" 2011 - TSI gives hands the name over to the community.
Now, "Not Ephemerisle" and "Ephemerisle are one and the same.
