The most notable change in 2017 versus previous years is Paradise Point, who has rented the houseboats to the community in the past suffered damage in the storm. They first refused to rent any houseboats to us but then agreed to rent out 5 houseboats. For the first time since 2010, rented houseboats were not a dominate feature at Ephemerisle. <br />
