At last year’s Ephemerisle, the Saturday night feast, fantastically catered and organized by Ginevra Kirkland, along with exceptional homestyle Indian offerings provided by Divia Melwani, was a highlight of the weekend.

This year, we’ve decided to provide space for an even bigger potluck dinner, throwing caution to the culinary wind and asking the community to collaboratively cater on Saturday night. And we’re pleased to announce that Ginevra will be back again this year to host and organize, with details to be announced in future newsletters and on the blog as we draw closer to the event.

So mark your Ephemerisle calendars for the Community Potluck: Saturday, July 24th, at Sundown.

And of course, since this is a potluck, we ask for your kind and generous contributions of food for the feast. If you’re thinking of bringing something really big and need a place to prepare it, kitchen resources may be available — please shoot us an email at ephemerisle@seasteading.org to let us know what you’re thinking about bringing and the types of resources you will need to prepare it.
